What was the highlight of Marlene's Condo at One Oasis Davao

Good but at the end I was little bit disappointed.

Strong connection of WiFi and location of the place.

The check in and check out time..check in time says 12-1pm but we they asked us to wait in the clubhouse till 1:30pm waiting for them to call us up. Check out: our last day they asked us what time is our check out.when I said 1pm they said no ,saying actually thier check out time is 12pm only because another guest are coming.they need to clean..when I ask can I extend till 12:15pm they did not texted back or replied.so when we decided to just go early an texted them again that it's ok we will leave 11:30 she replied and said she's on her way up already.

Studio type that perfectly fit my family of 4! Amazing!

It wasn't that big, and I thought it had 2 bedrooms. Turned out it was just a studio. BUT it perfectly fit my family of 4. We never felt suffocated at all, considering how big our sizes are lol It was clean. Subscribed to cable networks. Wi-Fi was good. Location's perfect; literally behind SM Davao. So, for your shopping and food needs, SM Davao is like a hundred or two meters away. Loved it!

We were not inconvenienced by anything. I wish they had soap, shampoo and conditioner. lol

Good location. Value for money, but...

Near to SM Ecoland which is a plus if you don't want long trips going to the mall. You can see the pool from the room. And the unit is near the main gate, you will never get lost.

The water heater doesn't work. The washing machine isn't working too (and it's listed as one of the amenities you can use during your stay).

The amenities were wonderful.

The amenities were wonderful. We took advantage of the pool and the security was great. Marlene's niece was very accomodating. It is also near coffee shops, a 7-11 and a pharmacy so you will not have any difficulties looking for necessities.

There were only two towels and I booked four guests. The other towel was too thin and smaller than the other so it was quite a hassle for the four of us to share.

Easy to Locate and Clean

It was easy to locate because of the mall and it was easy to find food because of the food places around the area.

I knew the property didn't have toiletries but it would have helped to at least have a soap and a towel in the bathroom. But I got price for a group of 4.

Place is quite a good plac to stay, but it would be better if they comply to the suggestions..

Location and the cleanliness of the room

Clean however they make use of so much chlorox that when we checked in.. super chlorox smell all around, cleaning materials are all around the bathoom and needs black out curtains as it is too bright in the morning
